what your future could have in store for you and how you can achieve it.

What is a Christian?
In order for you to understand what a Christian is, you need to take a small history lesson. In the beginning there was God. God decided to create the universe and everything in it, including the people.
 

The first couple, Adam and Eve, lived in the Garden of Eden. They gave in to evil and God, being a perfect God, had to kick them out of the garden. Knowing humans would never be able to live perfect lives, God created a way for our sins to be dealt with and for us to be able to get back into a relationship with him.

  
How did God do this?

He did this by providing a sacrifice that was good enough to cover all sins ever committed in the past, present and future. The only sacrifice that could pay such a prize was his own son JESUS CHRIST, who came to this world and died to pay for our sins. He died on a cross, was buried, rose three days later and is now with God the father preparing a place for us.
   

What does God want from us?
He wants us to believe in Jesus as our Lord and Savior. He wants us to admit our sins, turn from them and with his help live our lives for him instead of ourselves. In return we get to spend eternity in heaven

  
 

How do we know this to be true?

It is promised to us in the BIBLE. The Bible is the word of God written down for us. It tells us what he has in store for us, how he wants us to live and what will happen if we do or do not live the way he would like us to.
God loves us and wants only the best for us.
   

John 3:16-17 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.

  
 

There is no way we can earn this Gift. There is no way that we will ever deserve this Gift. God gives this Gift to us, just because he loves us and wants the very best for us.
He gives us the Gift of eternal life!
   

Now that you know what God wants for you, it is your choice:
What do YOU want for your life? If your life is like mine used to be, there is something missing that you have been looking for. Here is what it takes to fill this hole: It doesn't matter what you have done in your past, there is absolutely nothing JESUS hasn't already paid for. So please reach out and grab life, before you miss your chance.

  
 

Say this prayer if you really mean it:

Dear God, I know I am a sinner and am unworthy of your mercy. Please forgive me for all I have done. I believe that Jesus came to this earth and died in my place to pay the price for my sin. I believe he rose three days later and is now in heaven preparing a place for us. Please  help me to change my life. Amen
